We are a Florida chartered non-profit corporation, a nonpartisan citizens' grassroots organization. Our purpose is to raise awareness about the costs and consequences of real and potential abuses in our civil justice system. We strive to educate the public on the need for legal reform and to restore separation of powers in the judicial branch of government. Although we are working for legal reform in the State of Florida, our research shows that, most of the problems we face in Florida are common in the fifty states.

     In unity there is strength. We invite you to join us. Even if you do not have a case in court, to bring justice and fairness back into our courts is a worthwhile cause. Please keep in mind that, evil prevails when the good people are silent and take no action.

     Some of us have been involved in litigation in the civil court, while others have not been. For those of us who have never been involved in a court case, we came to realize that, we cannot sit by and watch the devastation of our fellow citizens brought on by a malfunctioning legal system.
